A cheaper weight loss formula, with low iron content.

update 06/2017

OK, I added a bunch of oil to the recipe. I swear, when I tried to live on the recipe, I went into starvation mode, and the only way I've been able to find to get out of it is either to add a lot of fat or carbs, so I chose fat. Should still lose a bunch of weight on it, haven't updated the nutritional info yet.

Changed carb source to oatmeal. None of the other carb options tasted tolerable, so I just eat the shake with a bowl of oatmeal (I chose oatmeal because It's low glycemic index and also widely available.

Update 08/2016 Even More Changes! To whit:

I've taken out the methionine (because it tasted terrible), and added egg white protein (a protein with a high sulfur content).

I've taken out the rice flour (again, it tasted terrible) and added waxy maize starch, which while tasteless at least doesn't taste actively bad.

Update 12/2015: Numerous changes:

I changed the soy protein to Bob's Red Mill, because it was more available. Once more, I got the nutritional info from the manufacturer.

I changed from flax oil to chia oil (chia oil tastes better)

I changed from Oat flour to sweet rice flour (the starch in sweet rice flour is more digestible)

I added apple fiber (a great source of pectin, a soluble fiber).

I added an enzyme to decompose the phytate.

I added some methionine (a sulfur amino acid).

Notes:

I got the nutritional values for the soy protein from the manufacturer.

The value for 'sulfur' in the recipe is the mass of sulfur amino acids.

It is more difficult to get weight loss within a short period of time.But there are many Best Free Sex Games as well as options for the betterment of the loosing body weight at home.
