I designed this recipe as an experiment. I plan on cycling on and off it a week at a time. This recipe can be supplemented completely with ingredients available from Canadian suppliers. Such as Canadianprotein.com they have similar products that can replace the ones selected from Bodybuilding.com.
This recipe is based on Vanilla ingredients with ground vanilla bean for additional flavor to balance it out. I've included 5g of ground vanilla powder to flavor it however recommend each user to tailor the amount of vanilla powder to suit their own tastes. If you require additional sweetening I'd recommend adding Dextrose powder sparingly, it adds a lot of sweetness with less carbohydrates then regular sugar.
This was tailored specifically for me and my goals. Feel free to use and adjust as you see fit.
