This Entirely Canadian Sourced recipe is aimed at helping those who are overweight fight the battle and win. Of course you need to do your part as well with exercise. I've specifically utilized multiple protein types to have varied rates of adsorption. This will be broken down to 4 servings and consumed throughout the day. It also allows some flexibility to substitute a real meal with family or friends as needed. The vitamin/nutrient profile is fairly complete and while it takes quite a few ingredients to produce. This is a beta recipe and I'll be refining it as I go. I plan on using real Vanilla beans as well as dark cocoa to flavor. The protein sources come in flavored or flavorless. I will be mixing flavored types with real flavoring and small amounts of maltodextrin for taste.
