Only meant for 1 - 2 meals a day when in school. Hence the lower calories, protein, etc. I plan to make up for these deficiencies with healthy dinners. This is mostly a plan to have something cheap, convenient, and healthy to replace the god-awful frozen dinners that I take to school every day.
