Get things when they're on sale. The daily price will be around $0.50 lower if you get the milk protein on sale.
The amounts of stevia and flavoring you put in are up to you. I just punched in some numbers that look sorta right. Buy 1/2lb size flavors if you want.
If you're doing zero carb or trying to avoid all carbs in general (like if you're trying to achieve high blood ketones or stay in deep ketosis for fat loss) you can reduce the protein, acacia fiber, and total calories to get your optimal macronutrient ratio.
You can increase the potassium if you like but I personally do not want a ton of it.
The BulkSupplements stevia powder is 46g more for the same price, though I'm not sure about the quality of the product. If you don't want to take any risks you can buy the NOW BetterStevia powder instead. Their stevia is great; I have bought the liquid extract in the past and I will again when I run out. No aftertaste for me. But if you are one of those people who can't stand any type of stevia feel free to use monk fruit or an artificial sweetener.
I did consider using sucralose but surprisingly stevia is cheaper. If you can find sucralose cheaper than stevia then you can use that. Keep in mind that sucralose has twice the sweetness of pure stevia extract.
