Note: the milk protein concentrate price I listed is the normal price, but you can lower the daily cost by $0.40 by getting it on sale. And if you happen to like liquid cardboard, the unflavored is like 5 bucks cheaper.
Budget friendly, (fairly) high quality ingredients, and ketogenic with less than 7 net carbs per day. Eat for less than $130 a month.
Soy protein isolate is cheaper from truenutrition.com if you want unflavored. But personally, if I were already buying from myprotein.com, I'd rather buy the cheaper flavored soy protein there even if I did order some truenutrition milk protein.
