This is meant to be complete, minus the carbs/calories. I'm planning on consuming this for Breakfast/Lunch and then eating whatever for dinner (there's a solid chance it will be fast food). I'm hoping this will help with weight loss, since the high-protein and high-fiber soylent should keep me satiated until dinner time, reducing snacking.

All items available through Canadian sources! Stuff from Well.ca can likely be bought locally, as can the BulkBarn and Costco items.

This has been built to my specific profile and is not a complete food source. At 1000 kcal, you absolutely need more calories! Just because the side bar says 100%, does not mean it satisfies your daily needs, so be sure to compare with your own profile and adjust as needed.

For a ketogenic diet, all I would need in addition to this soylent is about 90g of fat. That is for my specific needs, calculated via http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com.
