Just trying to figure out a mix of ingredients that I like and things that can be bought right near me. Aiming for slow weight loss, trying to keep it simple. Everything bought from King Soopers besides the GNC. A little short on phosphorus and I think I need to change out the 6g of salt for something else because I doubt it'll mix well worse comes to worse I'll just do some shots lol.
Probably not quite finished yet but have A TON of tinkering with this so far, learning towards the lower carb spectrum. Relatively happy with things as they are, just need some more phosphorus and something to take down or replace the mortons, definitely didn't add it into the blended mix. All the powdered ingredients minus the salt and plus the oil went into a blender with 3 cups of water and it turned out to be a decent ratio and doesn't taste too bad though the almond flour doesn't blend well but overall it taste like a protein shake but not quite as strong. Added some emulsifier but not sure how much of a difference it has made. Little bit of cocoa and maybe some artificial sweetener and it may taste pretty good.
Thinking about trying to use almond milk or something as a base instead now that I know about how many cups of liquid it takes(2-3 cups I believe).
