For females who are active and looking to drop weight quickly and safely. I workout 5-6 times a week for about 45 minutes to an hour at a time, alternating between cardio and lifting so if that sounds like your plan this might be the diet for you!

Feb. 2nd, 2014

Today was my first day trying this recipe and I didn't eat just DIY Soylent, I still have food in my fridge that I need to consume otherwise it'll go bad... Oh well. Things I noticed:

I purposely made my mix watery (it has about 2.5L of water added to it) as I intend on just drinking it throughout the day as I please. I realized that at this volume it's too much, I'm going to reduce it to 2L tomorrow and see how that goes. I don't really get hungry because I'm drinking some every hour and I haven't had any craving for "real" food yet although I suppose it's because I had a brownie, small portion of pasta, and some toast throughout the morning. As I write this I'm currently trying to finish up the last 1/3 of my day's portion and I'm stuffed... Definitely going with less water tomorrow. Also, I didn't feel sleepy at all today. That's a first. I saved the $2.59 because I didn't have to buy a RedBull. So far so good. I'll be back to update tomorrow! Side Note Even though there is only 20ml of the Coconut oil in it, because it's unrefined oil it still holds the coconut flavoring. So it tastes like a semi-sweet coconut chocolate drink. I was pleasantly surprised!
