I have a Chipotle a few blocks from my house, and my plan is to eat my DIY mixture for breakfast and lunch, but then walk over to Chipotle and have a burrito bowl for dinner. I also plan to eat a couple bananas during the workday, and a baked potato as an evening snack.
I had the vitamins/minerals handy (D, E, Magnesium, and Calcium) but you can substitute something else.
The garlic powder goes in the DIY mixture, and I added it for sulfur, phosphorus, and an immune system boost.
The DIY recipe is based on People Chow 3.0.1.
