If using creatine monohydrate only take Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after initial month of taking it 5 days a week. When buying Now Pea protein, buy 4-2lb. containers to last a month. When buying potassium chloride, buy 2-8oz. containers at a time. When using whey protein, always use ISOLATE instead of the cheaper, less pure whey protein. Always mix soylent with plenty of water...with ingredients like psyllium, chia, and cinnamon it will get very thick. The omega 6 to omega 3 ratio should never be more than 2:1. Calcium and magnesium shoud always be in a ratio of close to 2:1. It would be possible to get more-better- iodine by taking 5 drops of Lugol's iodine drops a day and deleting the Hain's iodized sea salt from the recipe. It may make the recipe taste better, in addition.I have added the Lugol's 2% iodine solution to the recipe. A "portion" is a DROP. Simply add 4 drops to your daily recipe. This will show up in your daily nutrients as too much according to the FDA. However, the FDA recommendation are incorrect and 12.5mg is what you need to stay healthy. Keeping your daily recipe chilled is best and will make it taste better. Remember, your recipe is your SOLE source of nutrients for the day. Since you are only getting 92% of your recommended daily fat, it is not a problem if you eat a couple of hard boiled eggs a day whenever you need something to chew on. It should not be a problem if you decide to eat 1/4c. of cocoa roast almonds. It adds160 calories, but also 13g. of fat 6g. of protein, and only 7 carbs.
