Basically the People Chow 2.0.3 recipe, but with the amounts altered such that I'm basing it on:

100g + of carbohydrates to sustain brain function (http://www.efsa.europa.eu/en/efsajournal/pub/2226.htm)

0.65g of protein per lb. of body weight (www.lifeed.ucla.edu/documents/CHS19Protein.pdf)

Fat content increased until it meets my Total Estimated Caloric Expenditure of 1800 calories (for a typical sedentary day at work)
