My own personal copy of the basic Bachelor Chow recipe. Nothing special, mostly just for my own reference (tracking costs, changing brands, etc.)
Costs should be more exact as I update locally-sourced ingredients.
My personal target is 1900 calories/day to start. My hope is to increase my activity a little to get some elbow room for a cup of coffee or a beer in there.
More details and notes will be available at my blog (http://andymcclure.com/wordpress/) where I intend to chronicle my first two weeks on ABC.
Note: The carrots don't go in the ABC, they're for snacking throughout the day.
