I had a bunch of VegEssential All in One that I couldn't stand to drink on it's own so I decided to make a schmilk variation using it. Can't say that it tastes amazing, but it tastes 100% better than VegEssential on it's own.

This is geared for my personal weight loss goals so it is 100% of my daily intake (until the vega is gone).

I sit at 205 pounds with moderate levels of activity (work out 5 days a week).
