I made this unsweetened version which has less calories. I used the original (sweetened) version for 5 weeks, and I lost about 4 lbs. per week, but I don't think that the drink needs to be so sweet.

I am going to stop adding the sweetener (it is expensive, anyway), and hopefully my body will get all the carbs it needs from my body fat.
