Based on the "Hackerschool Soylent" @ http://www.cookingfor20.com/2013/06/18/hacker-school-soylent-recipe/
I found that the ingredients were simple, and nutrient levels in the original hackerschool Soylent were spot on; I just needed more calories, protein, carbs, and less fat than the original. I also added creatine and sulphur, as per Rob's latest Soylent revision.
I also made sure to double check every item's nutritional values, as I noticed that some items had incorrect amounts, and some did not show up at all.
