Instructions:

  • Fill blender with 1/2 cup hemp milk and 3/4 cup water
  • Weight out ~110 grams dry mix and add
  • Add 1/2 small banana
  • Blend for a while

Notes:

  • Everything except sunflower seeds, basil, and spearmint come pre-ground. You will need to food-process these items
  • Mix a huge batch (~5 days) worth together at once and store in a bucket
