I'm planning to transition to the brands of ingredients listed. My biggest hurdle was digestion of oat flour without bloating. Now that I solved that (below) I can adjust my order for optimal cost.

Currently using NOW Foods Carbo Gain, Biochem whey isolate vanilla, and grapeseed/olive oil.

Soaking the oats: Take your selected amount of oats, place them in a glass jar. Open and sprinkle 2 capsules of phytase enzyme. Add enough water and shake to fully soak flour but not too much. Add a couple spoons of lemon juice. Shake well, place lid on jar. In the morning, the liquid will be separated on top, syphon off excess liquid using a turkey baster and add to your mix.
