This is a simple recipe that I can make/take at my desk (soylent-al-desko). Doesn't require pre-mixing of ingredients and raw materials are stored at room temperature. I purchase a 500ml carton of chocolate milk, add the protein and flax, and scarf down the supplements.

This is a very filling meal. I consume this for lunch and my "Breakfast" in the morning.
