Single serve bentoblend for breakfast.
Nutrient-rich, energy-packed and tastes like a mild chocolate shake.
I do not eat the egg raw, I eat it hard-boiled an hour or 2 after the blend.
Created for my blog post:

Sugars: 1g from a scoop of whey, 0.1g from 0.5 tbsp of cocoa powder.
Total Sugars: 1.1g in a bentoblend (~60g a serve)
Sugar RDI: 90g. I aim for <20g of sugar a day.
