NutriSquares Recipe
Chop up ingredients and blend them in a big bowl.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour mixture into tray.
Put in oven on medium for about 30 minutes, you'll need to experiment to find the right texture you like.
Leave on a cooling rack for 20 mins for it to cool down and dry out a bit.
Cut into squares and put in the fridge.
Should last in the fridge for about 5 days.
Eat straight out of the fridge or microwave for 1 minute if you like them warm.

Previous recipe was too wet, need to increase dry ingredients and decrease wet ingredients. Had to extend cooking time to dry it out which may have denatured the nutrients more than previous recipe. Switched back to two cups of milk.
