I wanted to get most of my stuff from Myprotein as I had ordered regularly from them and I built up slowly with soylent.
50mg Korean Ginseng Extract (10:1)(equivalent to 500mg of herb), 25.5mg Alpha Lipoic Acid, 25mg Citrus Bioflavanoids (providing 8.75mg Hesperidin), 20mg Kelp, 20mg Ginkgo Biloba Extract (50:1)(equivalent to 1000mg of herb), 12.5mg Green Tea Extract (50:1)(equivalent to 625mg of herb), 12.5mg Inositol, 12.5mg Bromelain, 12.5mg Lipase, 12.5mg Papain, 500mcg Boron, 2.5mg Amylase, 2.5mg Co Q10, 250mcg Lutein, 6.25mg Nettle Leaf Extract (4:1)(equivelant to 25mg of herb), 6.25mg Grape Seed Extract (50:1)(equivelant to 312.5mg of herb)
Flavourings are Configurable - so far I have Mocha, Cookies and Cream, and Banoffee, which are all quite nice. They contain Sucralose, so no calories there.
I also have some whey isolate which I sometimes mix in for a little more creamy taste.
Myprotein doesn't list the Amino acid profile of vegan protein, but I hear sulfur content of this is adequate.
I tend to keep soylent for just lunch and on the go meals, but have added the extra ingredients to satisfy the RDI's.
I have assumed that Myprotein's Oats contain the micro nutrition data listed here (they only list macros) - http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/cereal-grains-and-pasta/7440/2
I tried to make this with warm water once, and another time I was out in the sun with the shake in my bag and it got warm. Both times it put me off it for a while, so I think the protein denatured.
From looking at other recipes, you could make this cheaper by using cod liver oil rather than caps, and probably last longer by buying unflavoured protein.
