Firstly alot of the ingredients are based from nz sourced Soylent. So alot of credit goes to him. I then streamlined it to for my nutritional needs while trying to reduce ingredients.

2700 cal may seem like alot to some people but for myself i lose weight fast. I think my maintencne exists at 3.2k-3.3k calories now that i have a deskjob.

i also find that if i need a solid meal i just replace the oat flower with normal oats.
