In the spirit of Judaism, I tried to make it as cheap as possible, but it of course can be made cheaper by shopping around and buying in more bulk (given that it was made for temporary personal use, the bulks are quite small).

For the price of 'Local' Items I checked my local ShopRite. All the 'Local' items can also be found on amazon.com, but I found they were significantly cheaper locally.

Requires the crushing of pills.

Made first days worth. Taste was alright (cinnamon made it significantly better), but texture was quite gritty. Will try to take measures to reduce grittiness tomorrow. Definitely best as cold as possible.

Second day was better. Mixed with hot water the night before and then left in fridge over night; also decided to use less powder per bottle. This significantly reduced grit but also made it rather thick. Pretty good though.
