NOTE: I am using this recipe personally but I am not an expert, please check with somebody who knows more than me before trying this recipe.
Initially based on of Keto Chow 1.0.4 by chris.bair but with several modifications and with ingredients that can be bought in France (because I live there now).
I prefer to add Extra Virgin Olive oil because of all the health benefits (anti inflammatory, cardiovascular, digestive, bone, cognitive, anti-cancer). Also I'm from Spain and a huge fan of olive oil.
Increased proteins because I do some light weight lifting at the gym.
Added MCT in powder mostly because of the health benefits of MCT.
Added another source of fiber (Vitafiber) to use less Psyllium Husk and also because Vitafiber sweetens the taste and has 100% solubility. Also, added calories to Psyllium Husk ingredient, which I believe are missing from the parent recipe.
I don't want to use pills in this recipe, so instead I added multivitamins in powder. The powder that I added is completely loaded with more than 30 ingredients (vitamins, antioxidants, etc) and it's the best one I could find, let me know if you find a better one!
I added the seed mix because I love chewing seeds and they are a very healthy and natural option with TONS of vitamins, antioxidants and omegas. It gives me a more satiating feeling to chew the seeds, but you can still blend them into powder if you don't want to chew them.
