Lower-calorie, lower-carb keto chow formulation, with olive oil rather than cream to lower the carb count further. The olive oil emulsifies easily and the mix is very palatable, though a bit thinner than standard all-HWC formulation. The protein recommendation is from the ketogains calculator.
Method of prep: mix up ~2 weeks' worth of the vitamins, minerals and fibers (everything but the cream/oil, protein powder and pills). Each night, for the next day, mix oils, water, and add 11.33g of the powder to each of 3 bottles (or 11,11,12 if separating into 3 bottles and your scale doesn't have enough precision) then add protein according to your needs and shake. I open the K2 capsules and mix those into the powder, and take the multivitamin, fish oil, and magnesium in pill form with my first bottle of the day.
