I like a crunchy texture (and I add 1g of cayenne pepper to mine because I like the heat too), so if you're looking for a smooth and cakey Aunt Jemima rip off, look elsewhere!

Oil distribution: mix the MCT oil and all of the powders into the pancake batter and fry the pancakes in the butter and olive oil. The pills are daily.

Eat a healthy dinner and save dinner's pancakes for breakfast the next day. My dinner is usually greens + protein + fat in a stir fry, hence the incompleteness of the nutrient profile for the pancakes.
