This recipe use a custom calorie intake (1593 Calories a day) so scale according to your needs.
It's more convenient to mix all the powered ingredients for several days beforehand.
Preparation of a shaker:
- Pour 200ml of skimmed milk and 250ml of mineral water in the shaker
- Add 11ml of canola oil (using the 5ml spoon included in the pack of Psyllium Husk Powder or the Multivitamin from BulkPowders).
- Drop 15 drops of vanilla Flavdrops from MyProtein (or 10 drops if you use an already flavored whey).
- Add 105g of powder.
- It's better served cold so let sit in the fridge, ideally overnight. The oat as well as the fibers absorb some water and thus it makes the texture smoother.
