As of right now, this is still theoretical, though I am hoping to do a trial run soon and will report on the taste.
This recipe is a spin-off of the original "Flosseaux" that uses corn maltodextrin instead of rice maltodextrin. Its significantly cheaper, but you have to deal with it depending on corn products, so yeah.
because certain nutrients inhibit each others' absorption, it is best to use lots of water, and drink it slowly throughout the day, so that the GI resources are never overloaded causing certain nutrients to not be absorbed (See http://discourse.soylent.me/t/optimal-micronutrient-ratios/5049 for more info on this)
Am in the process of checking the the nutrients in each of the ingredients. As of now I have found that:
Whey Protein Concentrate: in addition to the database nutrients, whey protein concentrate has 3.09-5.4g of sulfur per 100g. Source: http://www.fosube.com/sulfur-proteins.html
Canola Oil: According to http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fats-and-oils/621/2 100 g canola oil contains: 71.3 mcg vitamin k 7.4 g saturated fat 63.3 g monounsaturated fat 28.1 polyunsaturated fat 9.138 mg omega-3 18.645 mg omega 6
