This is my standard go-to recipe, wich I vary by changeing up the seeds aswell as flavoring with ginger, lime or berries. I vary the amount of water to effect the texture and if I want solid or fluid food, but I recommend 7dl. I'm starting at 157cm and 73kgs, always had an interest for sustainability and quality organic foods but just recently decided to experiment with liquid diets. This recipie suits you if you struggle with sugar cravings or just want to keep your blodsugar low and even. I recomend adding some berries for flavor and only use slow carb berries and fruits.
Make sure you're using gluten free and vegan ingredients from organic and/or fairtrade trademarks for clean eating with minimum processing and artifical food aditives. Your body and conscious will thank you!
