I tried to make a cheap and filling recipe. you can lower the amounts of oatmeal and potatoes until you can finish a daily serving. its not perfect, and I have not tried it yet but I plan too. I am guessing it will be chunky, but if its too gross I will lower the oatmeal and potatoes and add calories back in via chocolate syrup.

anyone brave enough to try it out before me please let me know how it goes.
