Evolved from the classic hackerschool recipe.
Chia seeds are ground to a fine powder in a coffee/spice grinder. This gives it a pleasantly smooth texture without being too seedy.
Protein powder is Body Fortress whey from Walmart. Strawberry is my favorite, but other flavors are okay too. I intend to try other brands/flavors next time I need to buy more.
Not listed yet: 10g brazil nuts and 10g pumpkin seeds, both raw and ground up. Grinding them is a nuisance but they add a nice touch of flavor and more minerals.
Optional ingredient: spoonful of greens powder.
