Designed for an active adult male, using multiple sources for each of the macronutrients. Slightly lower carb using low GI carbs, whey and plant protein split, fat mix using almond meal and multiple healthy oils with mostly mono-unsaturated fat and omega 3:6 ratio near 1:1.

I omit the added salt if I'm not eating only soylent since I'll get plenty of it elsewhere.
