10.7.2017 had kind of diarrhea (softer stool) the next day. Although that could also have been the algea capsules. I used three huge tsp of indian curry powder and 2 huge teaspoons of baking soda for skinning the chickpeas. This recipe has been safe in the past.

490g of dry chickpeas and 800g of tomatoes makes it too watery. Also the baking soda makes the chickpeas taste weird. Reduce chickpeas to 200g of dry chickpeas, fill rest up with rice. Maybe fuck the baking soda.

Baking soda: 1.5 tsp per 400g can.

Trying aroung myself:

  1. try: 2 heaping tsp for 980g of dry chickpeas. That is enough.

Results:

My take:

2 tsp of indian spice mix

no salt, no ginger garlic paste

rest standard:

oil, 1 onion, chickpeas, 4 cans of tomatoes, spinach (1/4 bag of frozen spinach),

the "rice" setting burns the bottom, maybe try "soup" next time

Original:

2 x 400g Cans of Chickpeas (rinsed and drained)

1 Onion (finely chopped)

2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic

2 Large Tomatoes (chopped)

100g of Baby Spinach Leaves

1 1/2 Teaspoons of Ground Ginger

4 Teaspoons of Curry Powder

1 Teaspoon of Cumin

1 Teaspoon of Oregano

Salt and Pepper

1 Cup of Water
