An extremely cheap way to feed yourself, it is assumed that you would actually boil the soybeans from the listing with the label just matching the closest nutritional equivalent but any minimally processed soy product would work as long as you cook it prior to putting it into the final product. The methylcellulose wasn't strictly necessary since it was was primarily added to reach the minimum carbohydrate content without adding calories, but would probably help add bulk to stools and would generally help someone feel full if they actually tried to survive on this sawdust could probably serve a similar purpose.
