Mix the ingredients except the rolled oats into a bowl with water, whip it into a dough and keep in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for between 10 and 15 minutes. Take the dietary supplement pill while eating to increase nutrient absorption.
Eat the rolled oats as a separate meal, preferably with berries rich in antioxidants.
The soy milk and red wine vinegar are wholly optional, but recommended for taste and phytochemicals.
