v2.0 was a little bit too gritty for me and i had a tough time blending everything properly. I found that the best way to mix everything is to blend everything except for the canola oil and water first. This makes sure it's a fine powder and there are no chunks. After that, add the canola oil and a quart of water and blend. This may seem like not a lot of water, but it isn't too thick. Additionally, a whole day's worth fits inside my 56 fl oz blender. Once everything is blended, the total mixture is about 48 to 50 fl oz at about 50 kcal per fl oz. The taste is a bit sweet because of the maltodextrin and sucralose and is quite easy to get used to. Creatine is cheap and studies have shown that it can increase strength and endurance by up to 15%, so might as well throw it in there.
