My take for 2 days:

Cook pinto beans and brown rice

--

oil

onion

1 red bell pepper

0.5 bag of frozen broccoli - do not completely fry it to death, leave a little crunch

--

That's the frying part. Now just mix stuff together.

2 cans of salsa

2 cans of corn

0.5-1 romaine lettuce

--

Seasoning:

Cumin

Paprika

Black pepper

--

Original (meal prep quantities - I would need half of it):

500 g red bell pepper

1 kg broccoli

500 g romaine lettuce (Kochsalat, Roemersalat) (leave raw)

500 g onion

500 g salsa

250 g corn

1.5 kg pinto beans

400 g brown rice

Season the beans with:

Cumin

Paprika

Black pepper
