9 may 2020 - halved the coconut & 2/3 of the oil to reduce calories/day

23mar18 - reduced masa to 20g & coconut to 60g to get calories to close to 1400. This is because the 1600 cal is just too hard for me to take in per day and then be willing to eat a normal dinner. So reduced calories.

4feb18 - reduced masa to 30g, so still have 10g to go. right @ 1600cal target, bumped curcumin to .1g. Added back MSM to increase daily sulfur. Online says no suggested therapeutic dose, but it's rumored to be helpful for arthritis & inflammation, so...

15jan18 - reduced masa to 50g - nearly at 1600cal target. keto diet prefers < 20g carbs/day. Curcumin @ .05g.

29dec17 - reduced masa to 83g - i want to set it up so that I need to actually consume a whole day's batch every day. Up until now, I generally just eat 2/3 of a day bag per day. So this reduction drops formula calories to 1800. Curcumin up to .03g also.

3dec17 - coconut to 80, masa to 140. curcumin is actually @ .02g

14nov17 - bumped coconut to 70g, reduced masa to 159 to set calories to 2000 28oct17 - bumped coconut to 60g, calories still below 2000

12sep17 - removed the MSM, based on the DIY discussion about S vs SAA (sulfur amino acids) - which are in sufficient quantity given a sufficient amount of protein., and an excess is discouraged. I'm separately taking Omega 3&6 in fish oil caplets, and also taking about 40mg of protein in one cup of coffee in the morning. I'm making batches for 12 days, and breaking that down into 1 baggie per day, and 4 servings of that. Dinner w/ my wife is all extra. Hoping that this change will improve my fatigue and generally my outlook on life. Also doing Crossfit 3X/week. This has been really important to my health situation.

Trying to tweak Donnelley's cheap soylent to work in my life. Taking this stuff all day until the evening meal, which I eat w/ my wife. I've added curcumin as an anti-oxidant, and BioPerine as a digestive supplement to enable the uptake of the curcumin. I've also added resveratrol (not in this formula). The cinnamon is also considered a good healthy additive, and provides a little sweetness. Using sucralose to make it palatable. The MgO is added primarily as a stool softener - it's the only way to go if you ask me. Using Whey protein instead of Soy - it seems to be the "in" protein for the crossfit crowd.
