I've been doing this for brunch as a breakfast/lunch replacement for a couple months now. Still can't really get the lecithin granules to dissolve right, but given that it's already got flax adding to the texture it doesn't really bug me. I mix this in a blender bottle the night before in 400mL or so of hot tap water, put in the fridge overnight, then I top off the bottom with cold water the next morning and shake a bit more.

Based off the original Hacker school soylent recipe.
