The idea behind this is going to be to allow for a consumer to be able to have enough of everything they need to succeed at triathlon and endurance sports. (cycling/running/swimming).

Things I've done differently is add Xanthan Gum so it has a more even consistency, as well as add quinoa flour as a substitute for pure oat flour. This is because Quinoa contains all the essential amino acids as well as plenty of other vitamins and minerals. (7/8/15)
