This is definitely my least favorite of my mixes. Pina Colada is probably the least versatile of the different protein powders. But, if you're nuts about Pina Colada then here's a mix that will work for you.
So far I have found that it is best to mix the 110g of protein powder with 100g coconut flour and then add the coconut oil. It is just enough to add a small amount of moisture to the mixture. Once the coconut oil is added proceed to add the rest of the mix. The other option would be to create an all-powder solution first and then mix this and break it up into thirds (I haven't tried this yet).
This mix will work in a blender (more work) or what I have been doing lately is putting it into a nalgene bottle and mixing it that way.
Please feel free to contact me with your thoughts and opinions.
