Based on Bair's Keto Chow 1.0.3.
I am a Sedentary 290 Pound 6'2" Male. My loss requirement (not to be confused with goal) is to be under 260 in 65 days. I elected to not use the Keto Chow because the protein was too low to meet the minimum requirement of .6g/lb.
List of changes:
Increased Protein Powder to 153g to compensate for my increased mass and protein requirement of .6g/lb.
Decreased Cream to 25ml to decrease ingested fat/calories and promote fat store use.
Decreased MCT oil and Increased Coconut oil by 39ml because money.
Decreased Calcium Phosphate to 0 because the Cal/Mag/D3 provides ample calcium and all you need from this is the phosphate
Added Monosodium Phosphate 1g because ^^^
Increased Fish Oil pills to 7 due to the removal of the cream providing fatty acids.
