"1 day" = 5 small servings.
Mix together protein powder, oat flour, flax meal, salt & salt substitute, ground up CalMag caps, and choline powder (or ground up caps). Mix this powder with enough water to make a pancake-batter consistency before mixing in appropriate amount of oil (2 scant Tbs for 3/4 cup dry). Once oil is fully incorporated, add more water to reach desired consistency. Take multivitamin ("MegaMen") separately, as it tastes terrible ground up.
