This is a variant of my regular recipe, at https://www.completefoods.co/diy/recipes/bachelor-chow-wo-masa-w-starch . This version is designed for backpacking or other strenuous, full day activity. It maintains approximately the same macronutrient ratios without going overboard on the micronutrients (except for niacin, which should have no negative effects other than the possibility of slight flushing).

I will be testing this out on a backpacking trip next week, where I'll be mainly on this recipe, with some candy, jerky, and other snacks to keep things interesting.
