Whip this up as a shake before I cycle to work in the morning. Its tasty, and fairly complete.

This is my version of a super-easy to acquire meal (local grocer for everything) -- I mix the ingredients each morning -- single serving only. Could pre-mix the same meal for lunch (less the All Bran).

I didn't convert the micro-nutrients % daily to mg so they are not accurate.

All ingredients fit into the large Magic Bullet serving cups -- makes for only a single dish to wash!!!
