About me: I am 42, 6'4", 197lbs : target 190, moderately active. I tend to be hypoglycemic so I am building a formula with low GI. Peanut butter, almonds, etc, have always been my go to foods and also great for boosting testosterone. Vitamin D will be added or removed with the seasons as I live in the PNW.

v.4 - Removed the chloride factor; it's too difficult to get good numbers. I'll give my margarita an extra pinch. GI is about 41 (rough but close). The raw fresh, kale and walnuts will probably be a mini-meal during the day initially. When I tire of that I will try dried and just mix it in. I'm trying to avoid corn and wheat products and will want to look into non-GMO soy products in the future. Fat is above target, but these are mainly good fats anyway. Omega goal is 1:1. Another goal is to make this formula testosterone boosting; again, the good fats are beneficial here.

v.1-.3 had oat flour with olive oil for the fats. I have no intention of cooking the oat flour (phytic acid moderation) and the idea of drinking olive oil is less than pleasant.
