Ok, Mk I tasted horrible. When I mixed the batch last night it had some sweetness that made it palatable. Drinking it today I found none of that, it was pretty bad. Switched the sugar to xylitol, makes it more expensive but worth it if I can actually drink the stuff. Also added vanilla to hedge my bets.
