This is the first recipe I have tested with actual ingredients.
For the best results, measure out the first four ingredients the night before, pour in 500ml hot water, cover it with a lid or towel, and allow it to soak.
The other dry ingredients can be measured in a separate container at the same time or the following morning. I like to mix the oil with the protein powder and spices right before I combine it with the semi-cooked starches.
I take the multivitamin and eat a spoonful of peanut butter separately.
