Great addition! I just gave it a shot... it really combines well and brings some more sweetness out of the other ingredients.

The grittiness of the flax is my biggest problem as well. I haven't found an affordable substitute that's more fine-ground. You can try pulsing the flaxseed in a food processor beforehand, but it seems too oily to make a good flour. I got plenty of…

Nice work with the recipe! I’m glad mine was useful for you. I’m planning to edit mine to get the cost down some more too, but am just trying to get it tasting good first. How did it go for you? Are you drinking it or have you tried baking it? I’ve only…

Es kann andere Faktoren haben, aber darum testen wir es ja über einen Zeitraum. :) Was du noch tun kannst, ist alles mögliche an Früchten bzw. Beeren reinzumischen. Nicht zuviel, da du sonst ein Problem mit den Nährstoffen bekommst. Aber für den Geschmack…

The vanillia smells very sweet, i've made up a batch with it now and will give it a try in the morning. I've tried looking for alternatives to whey (as I imagine many have due to the cost) but they all seem to have a lot of negative buzz around them.

Hi - Did you create the UK RDA profile? If so, what was your source. If not, have you double-checked it? I used the U.S. government DRI, male 19-50, 2000 calories profile in my UK recipe: https://diy.soylent.me/recipes/uk-soylent-see-notes. It's interesting…

One thing I would highlight is the mix of bivalent metals being absorbed within one meal - your uptake will be reduced and so a higher amount might even be beneficial in most recipes. Iron uptake is in competition with Calcium, Zinc, etc.

I was wondering if you found an alternative to the Paradise Herbs multivitamin. It includes a bunch of herbs but doesn't include it in its daily values. It is cheap though. Awesome recipe and thanks for sharing :)

I've only tried it 5 or 6 times but it seems ok to me with the chocolate flavour whey without any unflavoured, havn't tried vanilla yet. There is a sort of bitter aftertaste bu it's not very potent.
